1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ServiceConnect ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Platform.

ServiceConnect is a platform connecting service providers with customers. We facilitate communication but are not directly involved in service delivery.

2. Eligibility

By using ServiceConnect, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • You are not located in a country under trade sanctions
  • You will provide accurate and complete information

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

4. Services and Listings

For Service Providers:
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your service listings
  • You must have necessary licenses and qualifications
  • You agree to provide services professionally and ethically
  • False or misleading listings will be removed
For Customers:
  • You agree to provide accurate requirements
  • You will communicate respectfully with providers
  • You agree to pay for services as agreed
  • False reviews or feedback is prohibited

5. Payments and Fees

ServiceConnect operates on a coin-based system:

  • Service providers purchase coins to promote listings
  • Coin purchases are non-refundable
  • Service fees are deducted in coins
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Service Cancellations:

Cancellation policies are determined between providers and customers. ServiceConnect is not responsible for cancellations.

Coin Refunds:

Coins purchased are non-refundable except in cases of:

  • Technical errors resulting in incorrect deductions
  • Duplicate transactions
  • As required by applicable law

7. Limitation of Liability

ServiceConnect acts as an intermediary platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for services provided by third parties
  • We do not guarantee service quality or outcomes
  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

  1. Informal negotiation between parties
  2. Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
  3. Binding arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration Act
  4. Courts in Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
