2 Ad Content Guidelines

- Competitor bashing
- Illegal services
3 Ad Placement Rules
- Ads are displayed based on city and category
- Diamond ads get priority placement
- Multiple ads from same provider are rotated
- We reserve the right to optimize ad placement
- No guaranteed number of views or clicks
4 Payment and Billing
- Ads are paid for using ServiceConnect coins
- Payment is deducted at time of ad creation
- Ads run until duration expires or coins are depleted
- Auto-renewal available but optional
- Prices subject to change with notice
5 Ad Review Process
All ads are reviewed before publication:

6 Ad Performance
We provide basic analytics for your ads:

7 Prohibited Ad Practices
- Creating duplicate ads for same service
- Keyword stuffing in descriptions
- Using misleading thumbnails
- Advertising in wrong categories
- Impersonating other businesses
- Automated ad creation
8 Ad Removal and Suspension
We may remove or suspend ads that:
- Violate these policies
- Receive multiple customer complaints
- Are associated with blocked accounts
- Contain outdated or inaccurate information
No refunds for ads removed due to policy violations.
9 Renewal and Expiry
- Ads expire after the purchased duration
- Renewal notifications sent 3 days before expiry
- Auto-renewal can be enabled/disabled anytime
- Expired ads are hidden from public view
10 Policy Updates
We may update this advertising policy periodically. Continued use of our advertising services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
