• Competitor bashing or negative comparisons
• Illegal services or products
• Contact information in ad images

3. Ad Placement Rules

• Ads are displayed based on city and category
• Diamond ads get priority placement
• Multiple ads from same provider are rotated
• We reserve the right to optimize ad placement
• No guaranteed number of views or clicks

4. Payment and Billing

• Ads are paid for using ServiceConnect coins
• Payment is deducted at time of ad creation
• Ads run until duration expires or coins are depleted
• Auto-renewal available but optional
• Prices subject to change with notice

5. Ad Review Process

All ads are reviewed before publication:

1. Automatic screening for prohibited content
2. Manual review by our team (24-48 hours)
3. Approval or rejection with reason
4. Rejected ads can be modified and resubmitted

6. Ad Performance

We provide basic analytics for your ads:

• Number of views
• Click-through rate
• Contact requests received
• Performance compared to average

Note: We do not guarantee specific results from advertising.

7. Prohibited Ad Practices

• Creating duplicate ads for same service
• Keyword stuffing in descriptions
• Using misleading thumbnails
• Advertising in wrong categories
• Impersonating other businesses
• Automated ad creation

8. Ad Removal and Suspension

We may remove or suspend ads that:

• Violate these policies
• Receive multiple customer complaints
• Are associated with blocked accounts
• Contain outdated or inaccurate information

No refunds for ads removed due to policy violations.

9. Renewal and Expiry

• Ads expire after the purchased duration
• Renewal notifications sent 3 days before expiry
• Auto-renewal can be enabled/disabled anytime
• Expired ads are hidden from public view

10. Policy Updates

We may update this advertising policy periodically. Continued use of our advertising services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
