Return & Refund Policy

Clear guidelines on refunds and returns

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases on ServiceConnect.

1. Coin Purchase Refunds

Coins purchased on ServiceConnect are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may apply:

Situation Refund Policy
Technical error (double charge) Full Refund
Coins not credited Full Refund
Change of mind after purchase No Refund
Accidental purchase Case by case
Fraudulent transaction Full Refund

2. Service Payment Refunds

Since payments are made directly between customers and service providers:

  • ServiceConnect does not process service payments
  • Refunds are subject to agreement between parties
  • We may assist in dispute resolution but cannot guarantee refunds
  • Keep all communication records for reference

3. Ad Promotion Refunds

For promoted listings and advertisements:

  • Ad costs are deducted in coins at time of creation
  • Partial refunds may be available for unused days
  • Technical issues preventing ad display qualify for full refund
  • No refunds for underperforming ads

4. Refund Process

Steps to request a refund:
  1. Contact support within 7 days of issue
  2. Provide transaction ID and details
  3. Explain the reason for refund request
  4. Attach any relevant screenshots/evidence
  5. Wait for investigation (2-5 business days)
Refund Timeline:
  • Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days
  • UPI/Bank transfers processed within 3-5 business days

5. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a service:

  1. First, try to resolve directly with the service provider
  2. If unsuccessful, contact us within 15 days
  3. Provide all communication and evidence
  4. We will mediate but cannot guarantee outcome

6. Cancellation Policy

Coin Purchases:

Cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed

Service Listings:

Can be deleted anytime but coins used for promotion are non-refundable

Account Closure:

Remaining coins are non-refundable upon account closure
